I have factor v Leiden diagnosed in 2012 after a placental abruption. Had 2 children after that pregnancy but every pregnancy I had to take lovanox I’ve also had vsg 2021 now I’m interested in BBL. Not on thinners just take 81mg aspirin daily prophylactally.

Youn incision looks to be fistulized. Normally we expect the incision to close from 48 hours. If it stays open too much (may be because of consistent leaking after operation ar keeping a drain much longer than should be) it gets epithelized...
I too feel sore when I have to stand all day. Probably not much a plastic surgeon can do other than tell you to take a rest. Serious pain requires a formal work up by a pain specialist.
