Hello I am looking to get a MM. I am 22 yo, 4’11 currently 35 weeks with my fourth baby. Pre pregnancy weight I am about 105-110. At 35 wks im 129lbs. I gained the weight recommended with each pregnancy about 25-35 lbs. I have loose skin in my lower belly and some sagging in the breast from BF all my kids. I would like a light BBL if possible. My questions is what is the recommended weight requirements to get TT,BL,BBL or is there another option to get a fuller butt? Wanting done in 2023.
Answer: Weight Lose all the weight you wish prior to the tuck so you will have your best long-term results. Weight loss after the tuck may leave loose skin.

Answer: What is the recommended weight requirement to get a mommy makeover? Hello @Mommyof42022, thank you for your question. Every practice has different requirements for performing a surgical procedure or several like in a mommy makeover. BMI is one of them, not everything depends on this factor but it helps analyze how risky and optimal the surgery can be. An optimal BMI is 30 for surgery. For more information and options, I suggest you consult one or several board-certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD FACS

Answer: Things to consider When my patients ask a similar question, we like to address several areas. First, weight or BMI requirements may set by many different factors ranging from anesthesia, facility capabilities, surgeon preferences and operative bed capacity. For you, these will likely not be an issue. Second, prior to moving forward with abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) or mastopexy (breast lift) - the two primary components of a 'mommy makeover' - we'd like to be relatively sure you have completed childbearing. This helps ensure a good, long lasting outcome. There is nothing stopping you from having more children or breastfeeding after a mommy makeover, but you may experience some of the same concerns that prompted you to have surgery. Waiting approximately 6 months after delivery and ending breastfeeding is ideal. Third, before any surgery, being at your lowest expected, healthy, sustainable weight is best. This allows us to remove as much extra skin as possible and be able to give you that long-lasting outcome. The volume of available fat will determine how much can be transferred for a BBL. Good luck with your journey and Congratulations! As always, make sure your plastic surgeon is board-certified.

Answer: You are a good candidate after you recover from childbirth Between the weights you have mentioned (105-129 lbs), you would be a good candidate for the procedures you have asked for. The more important issue is the timing of the surgeries. Your body should completely recover from childbirth and breast feeding, and for the breasts and tummy to get to a stable size and shape. I would recommend waiting 6 months after childbirth or cessation of breast feeding, whichever is later, prior to considering mommy makeover surgery. I would offer you an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), breast lift +/- implant (depends on how your breasts look after breastfeeding), and Brazilian buttlift with the result depending on how much fat you have at that point. In a situation like this, I would typically recommend an in person or virtual consultation.

Answer: What is the Right Weight for Tummy Tuck, BBL and Breast Lift Your weight is normal and there is no issue with getting a tummy tuck or breast lift, with or without implants. However, you may have difficulty finding enough fat for a BBL. An in person exam with evaluation of potential fat donor sites like the flanks, inner or outer thighs would be needed. The lower abdominal flap which will be removed with the tummy tuck could contribute some fat, but overall, you appear to have little fat for a BBL. Your other option would be buttocks implants.
