I need advice as to if that’s a good move? I don’t want to be under for to long ied be under for 5-6hr I don’t know if that good or bad and if maybe I should do the tummy tuck and Brest 1st then the lipo and bbl?.
Answer: Mommy makeover surgery Hello, Thank you for the question and your photos. Typically, multiple procedures can be combined, but the goal is to limit general anesthesia time to under 6 hours for safety reasons. Estimated surgery duration varies between surgeons, and that may be one of the reasons why one surgeon may recommend combining two procedures, while another may encourages to stage it. It is typically recommended to wait 3-6 months in between surgeries to allow for adequate healing time. I would recommend to obtain an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to further discuss your options and expectations for best cosmetic results. I hope this helps. Answer: Staging is always a good option While combining as many procedures at once may sound appealing to have less time away from work and responsibilities or less anesthesia, sometimes the risk and the recovery can be more than just additive. That is, recovering from a tummy tuck, BBL, and breast lift can put significant limitations on your activity and it is harder to compensate when you've operated on many areas. Staging procedures is always a good option as it allows you to have shorter surgeries that allow you to recover and prepare for the next. As an added bonus, it also gives your surgeon the opportunity to do any touch-ups you may desire as well. Surgeons will each have their preference on what order and in what combination, so speaking with a surgeon in person about your goals is important. Sometimes, timing around upcoming life events can be important too. Good luck on your journey, and as always - make sure your surgeon is board-certified.

Answer: Abdominoplasty/BBL first, then Breasts Based on your limited photos, I do not see a significant amount of fat to take for the Brazilian buttlift. It would be more prudent to do the BBL with the abdominoplasty, so fat can removed from the tummy and all of the other places to get you a good buttock shape. I would do the breast lift and implant exchange at a separate surgery, waiting at least 3 months.

Answer: 2 stages The safe operation time is 6 hours. It is possible to perform a tummy tuck and breast lift in this time. However, not all the everything can be done in 6 hours. I recommend beginning with your breasts and abdomen and then do the liposuction and fat transfers. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Mommy Makeover - separate surgeries? Ok this is a tall order. I would definitely do a BBL first and lipo all the areas that concern you because you do not have a not of fat. J Plasma is fine but not mandatory and look into BodyTite as it is a bit safer. Delay your TT and breast surgery. The breast and TT can be done together but actually separating them is safe also and may be the best option. It's important to delay the TT from the BBL so that the skin can recover and you can get a really tight TT. Best Wishes!!
