I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair. Breast Augmentation, RH breast is falling into my armpit. With my tummy tuck I had lipo360. Upper, lower and flanks. The upper part of my stomach folds together, my bellybutton is stretched out, my flanks are different from each other (one side is taken in more than the other). At the bottom of my stomach I have a bulge where the scar comes together.

Answer: One year post op I'm sorry you are unhappy with your Mommy Makeover results. The good news is that the concerns you have can be addressed. The breast pocket can be tightened up to help with implant positioning. Scar revision can be considered for your tummy tuck scars. Liposuction can address the asymmetry of your hips that is bothersome. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Practical answers to your questions All your concerns are reasonable and fixable. If your breast is going into your armpit, a revisional surgery can be undertaken to put some stitches on the side of your breast from the inside to stop the implant from moving into your armpit. The asymmetry of your flanks can be corrected with liposuction. The bulge in your lower abdomen and the shape of your belly button can be corrected with a scar revision. All of the above can be done in one sitting under general anesthesia in 2-3 hours. I would recommend that you discuss these concerns and possible solutions with your plastic surgeon and see what they say.
