Based on the appearance of your scars, you are still relatively early in your surgical recovery. I would wait 1 year to allow the swelling to go away and scar tissue to soften. At that point, a final assessment can be made of your results, and a revision plan can be made with your plastic surgeon.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

You will need to wait at least 6 months from surgery before anything surgical should be done. However, micro-needling of your scars can be helpful. It is usually best to do your surgery close to where you live for follow up visits and care and possible revisions.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your procedures. It is best to wait nine months to a year before considering revision surgery. Until you have healed more fully it is difficult to say what would be recommended for you. At the time of your consultation bring along before photos if you have them. Be sure to follow up with your surgeon about the areas along the incision that are opening as they will require care to heal properly.

To make an assessment on the outcome of a surgical procedure we need to see before and after pictures.
I continuously encourage people to not travel long distances for elective surgical procedures and properly vent plastic surgeons by having multiple in person consultations before committing to having surgery.
Procedures such as tummy tuck and liposuction are permanent and irreversible.
Breast implants can be removed and breast lift procedures can easily be revised.
In the end your surgeon is responsible for the outcome of your procedure and you are responsible for choosing that surgeon.
To get a proper second opinion consultation you should choose local board-certified plastic surgeons and come prepared with a copy of your operative report and all before and after pictures.
Post operative massage does not change the surgical outcome which is purely based on how the procedure was performed.
Breast asymmetry is normal and this includes potential nipple divergence. individuals with divergent nipples will see this worsen with implant augmentation.
The importance of having in person consultations, the number of patients who have issues after surgery, the need for in person follow up and that complications actually happen cannot be over emphasized.
