I had a revision rhinoplasty eight months ago. I am planning on a facelift in late March and my doctor is going to cut my depressor septi muscle at same time because my nose droops when smiling. He said this will lengthen my upper lip, so I asked if he could do a lip lift at the same time as cutting depressor septi and facelift. Is this all advisable? I am extremely disappointed at how my nose looks when I smile. I look like squidward.
