I visited Dr. Mao's office recently for Sculptra filler and was very impressed. The office is opulent, but the reception is low-key and inviting. Arissa is the PA who spent 90 minutes preparing my face with anesthetic and taking time with precision. There was no pressure or upsell of products. I decided to try Jeuveau as well because I quickly came to trust Arissa. Her medical training made her knowledgeable about facial muscles, plus her genuine friendliness won me over. When I returned for rechecks, I expected that I'd be charged, however I was surprised the touch up was free-- she just wanted to be sure I was pleased. I saved hundreds of dollars for the same products in comparison to a plastic surgeon in Westchester that I'd been loyal to for almost 12 yrs. I highly recommend this office for a pleasant professional experience that will let you walk out the door looking years younger, without being charged outrageous prices.

I had a DP lower FL and NL with Dr. Mao in early January of this year. He came highly recommended by someone who underwent the same procedures and had an excellent experience; and also by a fellow surgeon very familiar with his credentials, training, technique, and results. From beginning to end, all through the process, Dr. Mao was simply fantastic. His easy-going demeanor belies a technical expertise that is frankly hard to find. Never rushed me, asked the right questions to gauge expectations and long-term goals, and made me feel confident that everything would turn out well. And it did. I could not recommend his enough. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. It’s worth mentioning that I am one of those patients who needs lots of hand holding, who needs lots of information and follow-up - a typical nervous Nellie. His team - most particularly, the incredible Amanda - were always available and always willing to calmly answer my questions whenever I had any - before, during, and after. This makes so much difference. I can’t imagine entrusting my face to anyone but Dr. Mao and his practice.

I've been getting Botox for over twenty-five years, and this is the first time I've actually been 100% satisfied with the result -- thanks to Arissa S., PA. I had a liquid rhinoplasty done by Arissa Schweiss PA-C. I am beyond impressed and extremely happy with my results. I had this procedure done in the past by a different injector at a medspa and it did not make much of a difference. I could not ask for a better result this time around. I recently had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Mao, and I could not be more thrilled with the results! A different surgeon did my first surgery, and unfortunately, I was never happy with the outcome, which was very disappointing. Now that I’ve had several months to heal, I finally feel like myself again. My nose looks natural, balanced, and fits my face so much better. I’m amazed at how he was able to correct the issues from my first surgery and still make everything look so seamless. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Mao and his team. If you are considering a revision rhinoplasty—or even a first-time procedure—I can’t recommend Dr. Mao enough!

Dr. Mao and his team were absolutely wonderful. I was a bit hesitant to undergo plastic surgery because I'm in my late sixties, but after giving it a lot of thought, I decided to go for it.
