I will be getting lip filler done in a few days. I want to minimise swelling and bruising as much as possible. I have been told Arnica is great and I have also been told that an antihistamine tablet can reduce the negative effects of filler. I am just wondering if it is safe to take arnica tablets and an antihistamine tablet at the same time? Any further recommendations are welcome.
