I had 1 syringe of Restylane injected initially. I’ve had cold sores in the past so I took Valtrex. 2 weeks later I went back for a touch up and the injector used Stylage. 3 days after I got cold sores on my bottom lip, I took Valtrex again as well as applied Zovirax topically. The sores on my bottom lip began to heal. I woke up with two white lumps on my top lip. They do not look the same as my previous cold sores on my bottom lip. They have a small tip that appears to be filled with puss.
