Loss of teeth definately can have a effect of the position of the lip .Replacing the lost teeth with a bridge or implant will help and is the more permanent solution . However if you do not wish to have anymore dental work then filler can sometimes help correct some of the assymetry and lasts about 1 year . A doctor who performs cosmetic injections ie dermal filler is your best option
