SarahJane. I understand your concerns, however Lip Augmentation can certainly be performed, but  you may experience a bit more bruising than usual for a day or two.  Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist and explain your concerns. Good luck.

You could have lip fillers done with broken blood vessels on lips.  If the broken blood vessels bother you, they could likely be improved with a laser treatment.  

Most likely, those angiomas could be spot treated with IPL.  Regardless, lip filler would be safe.  I would use a cannula technique to avoid bruising.

Yes, you can most definitely still have lip injections despite having broken blood vessels on your lips. If they bother you, look into having a consultation with a medical office that has the Cutera Excel V. I have worked with it In the past and have successfully treated vessels on the lips. I don't think fillers will help with the redness described. You need to have laser treatment of the vessels - either with an Excel V laser or VBeam. I might take more than one and they might come back. These are telangiectasias I believe.
