I had lipo back in July 2014 and Im not 100% happy with my results. I didnt know I would have some saggy skin on my lower abdomen area. Im wondering if hard work in the gym would take care of this concern of mine. My PS says he would gladly redo my precedure for me at no charge and go back in and take out a few more cc's thats left, but I am just still appaused at the ripples amd sagginess left from the procedure in the first place.

Answer: Exercise tightens muscle but not skin When you workout, you work out the muscles - not fat or skin. After liposuction, there are many treatments for skin tightening such as TiteFx, lasers orThermage. If there is a lot of skin, then tummy tuck may need to be considered. In any case, please go back to the doctor and see is this can be made better.I hope that helps

Answer: Can working out tighten my stomach? As a general rule I tell patients that working out won't do anything to fill out loose skin. One exception is the buttocks which is a large enough muscle that some patients, with extensive exercise focused on this body area, can fill out some of the looseness in this body area. In the stomach, this typically is not the case, because the muscles in the abdomen are more about definition than size and it is hard to grow there size enough to fill out loose skin.
