Amazing Results

I had 4 treatments of Exilis Ultra on the front and insides of my thighs. Diane Novacek is the Aesthetician that performs the Exilis procedure and she is awesome!!!! Everyone at Dr. Nein's practice is friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot be happier with my results. It's a bit pricey but well worth it. I will schedule more treatments for other areas. Results are real and no surgery necessary!

Tummy tuck after 160 lb weight loss

I had a fleur de lis incision tummy tuck on 4/23/18. After losing 160 lbs, I had a large amount of excess skin and fat that hung down. I also need a breast and arm lift, as well as a thigh lift. I chose to start with the tummy tuck as it seemed to offer the most bang for the buck. The only complication I had was an allergic reaction to dermabond. My results are amazing. I’m very happy with them and my surgeon and have already scheduled my next procedure.

Before I started on this journey to do my tummy tuck. I conducted my research on several physicians that was recommended to me by other women that had tummy tucks. I choose Dr Nein after doing my consultation and further research. I am so glad I choose Dr Nein . I've had nothing but great experiences. I had my surgery done on March 28, 2018. I'm a 53 year old woman it's only been 2weeks and I am happy with my results. I'm still swollen, but I can see what the end result will look

Great Bedside Manner

I was new to the Nashville area and needed some corrective surgery for my last breast augmentation. Luckily I found Dr. Nein. He was patient, informative and had a great bedside manner. I've had a great experience with Dr. Nein and being someone who obsessively looked at before and after pictures trying to make sure I picked the right Dr, I wanted to write a review. I had an original breast augmentation with another Dr that didn't turn out as I hoped. Of course I wanted the most natural looking breasts I could get and I ended up with an implant that was so high it was only 2 finger width below my collar bone (when I flexed.) Fantastic Surgeon and Staff

Dr. Nein and his entire staff were so wonderful throughout the entire process of my Mommy Makeover. At my consultation, they answered any and all questions and concerns I had. I called multiple times prior to scheduling my surgery with additional questions, and they were always more than willing to address them. Exilis Ultra on face and neck - first treatment. Amazing experience with Diane!

Dr. Nein and staff are the best from the first phone call to the services provided. I see Diane for facial treatments and just experienced my first Exilis Ultra on my face and neck. Can't wait to see the end result. Happy with the first and with the way Diane took such great care of me and explained the procedure. She has really helped me take care of my skin. Top Notch Doctor and Staff

Dr. Nein was recommended to me by a good friend. The experience couldn't have been better. My very first surgery and I felt comfortable the entire time. Dr. Nein and his staff are very friendly and made me feel like I was at home, with friends. Exceptional service, professionalism and a great amount of knowledge.
