6 weeks after a c sec is an acceptable time to undergo another procedure such as liposuction of the thighs.

With regards to the recovery from the C-section, the important part is not the c-section rather,  the loss of the baby weight prior to the cosmetic body countering procedures is important. It takes 6 months for many women to lose their baby weight. I suggest you wait 6 months before reevaluating your body and seeking a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
