You can effectively have all of the fat removed by liposuction although this probably is not a good idea. Liposuction will have no effect on the size of the penis.
If done properly this should have no effect on the penis or any of the nevrves there. I do this procedure every week and the guys tell me that their penis looks better/bigger. They like the contour and the tightenss of the area after the fat is removed and the skin is tightened. I would suggest Thermage and/or venus legacy treatments after to improve the results. Typically Liposuction of the pubic area has no long term affects on function. Your size can appear bigger, not because of increasing the size of your penis, but reducing the area around it. You are not raising the mountain, you are lowering the flat lands around the mountain, if that makes sense?
