I've noticed that in the Pass 2 years my jawline has become less defined and there is a little more fat in my submental area. I don't think it's too drastic of a change but it bothers me nonetheless . According to what I've read ,Kybella is the most permanent route but there's a lot of downtime. Coolsculpting seems to have no downtime but I'm not sure if it's going to be too temporary .
