I am 22 on a weight loss journey with average size breast still but I know once I lose weight they’ll sag more and get smaller but I have nipple piercings. Will I be able to keep them once I decide to get my implants and lift? And should you wait to lose weight before getting this type of surgery?

Answer: Can you get a breast lift with implants with nipple piercings? Yes, best to achieve your long-term stable weight prior to proceeding with breast lifting survey. You will likely find that removal of the piercings will be necessary during the time of surgery; replacement will be possible afterwards. In my practice, I often will use sterile temporary spacers during surgery and replace these with the patient's piercings postoperatively. My best advice: when the time is right, select your plastic surgeon carefully. Communicate your goals carefully as well.
