445 cc under the muscle with breast lift

I love my new set of boobs. I went with 445cc under the muscle along With a donut lift. My sutures from my lift on my left boob did get infected so I had to remove them. My areola ended up being bigger then I expected but no biggy. I’m now 5 months post-op and I started noticing a indention on my left side inner chest. Implants are 15 yrs old. I didn't realize until recently that my left breast has been bottomed out for many years. Going from 500cc overfilled saline to 650hp silicone.
