I am nonbinary and I went to see Dr Carmona for facial feminization surgery. I had a V-line surgery, tracheal shave, cheek augmentation with fat transfer and forehead bone remodeling. My first contact was Danny, she was very helpful coordinating everything and putting my mind at ease since I have to admit that I was pretty nervous getting surgery done in Mexico. Arturo picked me up from the airport and after getting a couple of tests done, he took me to see Dr Carmona. Dr Carmona really took his time to explain all the details to me and he answered all my questions. He was very straight forward but polite. Leaving the office that day, I felt that I was in very good hands. Not saying that I wasn't nervous anymore but I really got excited too. The day of surgery, I was picked up by Arturo again and he helped me with the check in at the clinic and stayed with me until a nurse asked me to come with her to get prepped for surgery. I talked to the anesthesiologist, very nice lady, and to Dr Carmona again. When I woke up, I felt tired and disoriented but I didn't really felt much pain. The next couple of days were a little rough, I had some pain and discomfort but I guess that's normal after getting so much work done. I flew home 10 days after my surgery. Danny was and is still available for doubts and questions...following up with me, making sure my recovery process is normal. I am 5 weeks post op now and I really love my results. He exceeded my expectations. I am so happy, I can't believe that all that actually happened. I can't thank Dr Carmona and his team enough. He is a really talented surgeon and I have and will highly recommend him any time. Some people are not very open minded and I was treated with disrespect and weird looks lots of times...some people try to be nice but you can tell that in their head they think differently. Arturo, Danny and Dr Carmona treated me as any other patient or human being, I didn't feel judged or anything like that at any time. I just wanted to point that out because I know that this is not necessarily a given everywhere I go.

I am a male (not trans) who wanted large breast implants (800cc silicone). Dr Carmona was nice enough to accommodate me and did a great job. Getting everything scheduled was super easy and his staff were great. It is 2 weeks post-op and everything is healing great. Cost was very reasonable. I would definitely have surgery with Dr Carmona again.

This is a review for the doctor and staff. I had a really good experience with my surgery and was treated with a lot of kindness. Place is clean, nurses and staff are very pleasant. I flew down for Buccal fat removal. It was painless, quick, and healed quickly. It never really felt sore and I’m noticing a big difference now. The doctor was professional, efficient, and the whole process was easy.

My experience with the doctor has been great I recommend this dr Cause he has been on top of everything and he’s team it’s great too, I got breast implants and for being my first surgery it was a pleasant experience.

It has been 4 months since I had my implants removed. Had a lipo mistake from another doctor in Mexico and Dr Carmona fixed it for me. If I did this again I would prefer an all inclusive as I had a lot of down time. The best thing would be to hire a driver and travel back and forth. I am happy with the experience.

Hey! I’m a Canadian female, 31 years of age. 5’6 and 130lbs. I’ve been considering breast augmentation for quite some time, and after looking around at different surgeons and prices I decided to go with Dr. Marco Carmona. I am so happy with my results. Being from Canada, I was a little skeptical with having plastic surgery done in another country, but Dr. C and his team were absolutely amazing to deal with. Danny was my main point of contact, and she’s very quick to respond through what’s app and very friendly! I had my consultation with Dr. C on Dec 14th. I did all my research on the inframammary incision, and during the consultation Dr. C informed me that I will be much happier with the results of the surgery if I go with the areolar incision. He explained that my breasts were sitting at different heights and lower than they should be. I knew right away I was in good hands, he knew what he was talking about, and he tailored the surgery to my specific body and goals (not to mention he’s performed 10000s of surgery’s). I went with 330 cc and I’m super glad I chose this size, it is perfect and so far most of my clothing still fits, I just fill out the breast area better which was my goal! I am 4 days post op, I feel great. Walking around and moving my arms comfortably. Eating lots of protein and 5-7 meals a day as recommended by Dr. C. I can’t wait to see my final results. I just got a mommy makeover by Dr.Carmona, including breast lift, augmentation, tummy tuck and lipo. I looked for a provider in Mexico to reduce cost and have better follow up care. I did not want to go through the hassle of crossing the Tijuana border, and thought Cancun would be easier. Dr. Carmona’s website and profile stood out because I could easily comfirm his board certification and his site demonstrates a commitment to safety. After reaching out, Danny responded quickly and within a week or so we confirmed I could move forward with the procedure. Getting into Cancun from Florida was super easy. The driver Arturo met me there and made pickup simple. The next day, he picked me up for the pre-op work. All went smooth and having Arturo there to translate everything was so helpful. The medical staff interaction was all pleasant and professional. Last was the in person consult with Dr Carmona. The next day was surgery-I was scared but it was successful, no problems. The anesthesiologist was wonderful! I stayed in the hospital for 24 hours after the surgery which made me feel very safe. There’s no way I’d ask family to do that-having medical staff to check my vitals, provide pain management and food (without me having to move) was so important for that time. The hotel stay was good and clean, but if you’re considering, bring Netflix on a phone or tablet because there’s not many English channels. The area is nice with lots of eating options, ordered via Uber eats. I’m still recovering, looking forward to seeing the final results. But I’d recommend Dr. Carmona and his team. They do an excellent job. I felt completely comfortable in Mexico, beyond my expectations!
