How soon can I get a revision rhinoplasty to fix a shortened over rotated tip?

memevghj
Hey everyone. I got a primary rhinoplasty to just straighten my nose and remove a really small hump. Instead my surgeon shortened my nose, over rotated the tip, shortened the columella, and gave me a scooped profile. It’s been about 4 months since my primary. I’m so upset about this. The swelling is gone. My issue is with the actual shape and I know no changes are going to happen. Do I really have to wait the full year for a revision? Can this be done at 6 or even 8 months? For reference my skin is on the thinner side. Who can I go to to fix this? I know that revisions are extremely complicated, and I want references to specialists who’ve done cases like mine.
