Nose over-projected , somewhat crooked, residual bridge hump - Should I get a revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Some surgeons suffer from fear to execute invasive and comprehensive rhinoplasties, due to their lack of experience or talent, hence profoundly believe that doing the lesser will lead to the lesser harm to their patients, when actually a minimally invasive rhinoplasty is a well-known source of deformities; this happens in your case, I see the photos and as a regular rhinoplasty practitioner I feel the fear:
-no osteotomies (hence open roof and inverted V deformities, pretty clear ones)
-incomplete hump removal (explicit)
-failed tip deviation treatment (likely caudal septum needs attention too)
-no tip deprojecting
-etc

Indeed, you are candidate for a good revision rhinoplasty surgeon.

Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. The tip can also be straightened. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Just on your photos, there appears to be a slight indentation along your left nasal sidewall, and I can appreciate what you see as a small bump on your oblique view.
