Nose over-projected , somewhat crooked, residual bridge hump - Should I get a revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)

user5746285
Hi, I had a rhinoplasty in December 2024 which involved a hump removal, tip refinement and deprojection. It is a big improvement from my old nose, especially from the frontal view and side profile, however I'm sadly not happy with the 3/4 view (of my right hand side in particular), and I still think my nose sticks out/is a bit overprojected (which also seems to be more apparent on the right hand side for some reason). From the top, it sticks out and seems to be somewhat crooked. There is also a residual bridge hump which hasn't gone down. I'm aware that there are risks with revision rhinoplasty, but I think these issues will always be in the back of my mind otherwise, and I don't feel confident from certain angles still. I'd like to hear from other rhinoplasty surgeons to get their thoughts on my result and whether a revision is worth it in my case. Many thanks!
