Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for a revision rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include tip derotation with placement of extended spreader grafts, nasal tip deprojection, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

First of all, never ever get steroid injections in a nose, they destroy and corrode tissues, making difficult or precluding ensueing revisions.

To clarify the scenari I'll comment on your preop situation, diagnosis and technical challenges:
-already a mild upturning, to the point of acceptability, due to short septum
-sever degree of boxy tip (google it and you'll find dozens like yours), with its full set of deformities and anatomical problems, however to a maximum expression: alar rim retraction, nostril enhancement, square tip shape, biphid domes, verticalized lateral cruras (parenthesis tip deformity), poor nasal valve support and it's collapsing during air intake
-almost humpless (tiny one) dorsal rombus, needing a specific technique to get rid of it without creating a saddle nose deformity
-all in all a high difficulty structure rhinoplasty case, 8/10 level, needing a surgeon with deep understanding of the problemas and mastering a full portfolio of structure rhinoplasty gestures

Now we have:
-massively over shortened nose (iatrogenic short nose and short septum), probably due to non indicated caudal septum resection and triangular cartilages resection; tip upturned 50º ("piggy" as per rhinoplasty slang)
-over projected tip ("pinoccio") probably due to tongue-in-groove maneuver that was not indicated
-other issues at the middle vault

You are candidate to a complete revision of the lower 50% (upper one to be seen in better images):
-caudal septum reconstruction and lengthening
-tip pillars (cruras) reconstruction, release, grafting, repositioning
-alar rim grafting
-tip domes revision
-middle vault revision
-nasal valve repair

You'd better find advice and help from a experienced structure and revision rhinoplasty surgeon who is coincident with these diagnoses in 80% as minimum.
