Concerned About Upturned Nose After Rhinoplasty - will a revision be necessary or are there non-surgical options? (Photos)

vstori
I had rhinoplasty about 1 year and 9 months ago. While my nose has healed and settled a lot since surgery, I feel that it still looks quite upturned, which is especially noticeable from certain angles. I naturally have thick, oily skin. My main question is whether revision rhinoplasty would be necessary to address the upturned appearance, or if there are non-surgical options, such as steroid injections, that could help. At nearly two years post-op, I’d also like to know if my nose is considered fully settled at this stage. I would really appreciate advice.
