Dr.Chatta is truly an amazing surgeon with perfect technique. I had a rhinoplasty and a neck lift. I’m currently a year from surgery with little to no visible scarring. My only regret is not taking his professional advice and wanting something different than suggested for my rhinoplasty. He is extremely professional and truly cares about his patients. If you have the opportunity to go under his knife do not think twice. You WONT regret a thing except not doing it sooner!!!!

From start to finish Dr. Chattha was amazing. He was very responsive to all my questions, concerns, and even simple updates about my results. He was beyond professional and really took the time to hear what I wanted for my results. I had 360 lipo, bbl, and jplasma. My main concern was looking unnatural but I wanted to fill in my hips dips to match the rest of my legs. His results are amazing. My waist has gone down 5 inches, and my fat transfer looks so natural. I am an avid gym enthusiast but unfortunately it did not reflect on my glutes…now I have the body I’ve always wanted. My recovery was amazing-walking with little to no pain from day one (everyone’s body is different but I had no pain) and my bruising was so minimal compared to the work he put in. Dr. Chattha performed my deep plane neck lift and the results exceeded my expectations. Before my surgery I was nervous about the recovery downtime and whether the results would look natural. Dr. Chattha put me at ease right away. He walked me through the procedure, why it was the best option for my age, skin, and a realistic expected outcome. On the day of the surgery the staff is very comforting and supportive. Postop instructions were clear and follow-up visits were very thorough and Dr. Chattha is very helpful. I'm 4 months post op my jawline and neck are dramatically improved. My scars are discreet and healing has gone nicely. Definitely feeling more confident with my appearance. In the spring of 2025, I opted for 2 separate facial procedures by Dr. Chattha. I am 50 years old and thought that I was ready for a facelift. Dr. Chattha examined me and explained that I wasn’t ready for that, but together we agreed on some smaller edits we could do in the meantime that would make me look more refreshed, rested, and help me feel more like how I feel-young at heart! First was a lip lift and earlobe repair under local anesthesia in the office. Next was lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer and CO2 laser under IV sedation in the OR. Everything from the first consult to my follow up appointments went seamlessly. In the first consult, I never felt rushed. Dr. Chattha listened to me and took his time collaborating with me on ideas and understanding the results I desired. Dr. Chattha is kind, a great listener, and stayed engaged all the way through the entire experience, from the first consult, all the way to the end to my incision healing care. Dr. Chattha is not just a surgeon, he is an artist, with a discerning eye for a beautiful and natural result. I trusted him completely and I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Chattha has been great! I came to him for a revision rhino. I was stressed and nervous about having to go through this process a second time but Dr. Chattha and his team have been amazing. I am a little over two months post op and everything is healing well and the process has been smooth. He addressed every concern and never makes me feel like I’m asking too many questions or like he doesn’t have time to address them. He’s very responsive when you message him as well. My other concern was having to deal with healing/going to follow up appointments and having a busy summer at work but his team always makes sure to work with me. I have been able to go to my follow up appointments during my lunch and he gets me in and out as quick as possible. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I look forward to seeing my final results and continue working with him.

with years of sun damage and then losing weight, my self esteem suffered from feeling like my face fell down. Living in Seattle when I started researching a surgeon, I looked everywhere from Seattle, to Hawaii, Los Angeles, Miami, DFW, and Houston. LA, Miami and Houston are all the big US hubs where the biggest and best surgeons are. Money wasn’t my concern but I also refuse to spend more for no reason. Finding a surgeon that i could hand my life and body over to wasn’t an easy thing. I hate going under, and I have massive anxiety in general. I went to many consultations. Two things you need to focus on when choosing a surgeon who’s about to have your face in their hands…1) Emotional care of the patient - Will they take care of you emotionally? Because face work is probably the most emotional procedure you can have. Managing your emotions as a patient, takes a strong and empathetic surgical team. 2) The actual ability and expertise of the surgeon. The minute I met Dr Chattha, I could feel his care and attention, his legitimate and genuine commitment to making each patient feel like they are the only one he’s working on. His compassion and level of care is unmatched. I didn’t want to look different, I just wanted my face put back where it used to “live”. He spent so much time discussing my hopes and what I envisioned so he could fully understand what my expectations would be coming out. He won’t recommend something that won’t look good, and he’ll explain why. My 18 year old daughter was really worried because she loves her mama’s face. She kept asking me what I would look like after and I was kind of nervous that she would be sad. I had a facelift, brow lift, upper and lower eye lift and a neck lift with a chemical peel to remove all my sun damage. We planned on a lip lift but Dr Chattha decided on the table that that actually would make me look a little too plastic and he vetoed (he told me after). Thank GOD! Only a surgeon who had been really paying attention would have known to do that. I’m only 8 days post op right now and he’s been with me all along, has helped my husband manage his care taker expectations and emotions and never rushes us. My daughter exclaimed today “MAMA! It’s still your face! Just prettier, or younger or, I’m not sure …. But yay!!! It’s still you!!!” What really meant the world was the after care. My husband had confused what meds he was supposed to pick up and when the pain kicked in at 4 am, we had to call him - we don’t like asking anyone for help, much less interrupting the man who just operated on me for 14 hours, in the middle of his sleep - but he made us feel like he was actually glad we called…dealing with my husbands exhaustion confusion and low ability to communicate but Dr Chattha was patient and kind and got us going in the right direction. Also, the fact that he spent 14 hours on me when he could have rushed and been done in 7-8 hours, is a tremendous testament to the commitment he has to quality and making sure he’s taking his time. The respect his team has for him, understanding and waiting and assisting for that long day… meaningful beyond words. As a middle aged mom of 10, who runs several businesses, I tend to put things for me on the back burner. I felt incredibly selfish going into this… don’t worry, I’m working on that with my therapist lol… but coming out, I feel empowered, my confidence is building and I’m realizing how proud I am that I was brave enough to trust Dr Chattha. The reality is, though, I couldn’t have done it without it being him. I would not have followed through. There is literally no surgeon that will give you the level of care who is also this talented! Period. Travel there, if you have to…it’s worth it. I will post pictures when I’m healed so you can all see how amazing this work is!

Dr. Chattha was amazing! He explained everything throughly made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and kept checking in on me to make sure I was doing fine. The whole staff at Premiere Surgical Arts is great.
