I am SO happy with my rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Chattha. I walked in feeling super excited because this was something I’d been looking forward to for a long time, and he understood exactly what I wanted from day one. He explained how he could achieve the look I was going for, which made me feel completely confident about the whole process. He was also really personable and made himself very available if I had any questions, pre- or post-op, which made me feel really supported throughout the entire experience. The recovery has been super smooth with no pain issues, and all the post-op check-ins have been great. I’m only two months post-op and I’m already getting compliments from strangers. I’m absolutely loving how it’s turning out! I’m so glad I chose Dr. Chattha, and I’d recommend him to anyone considering this procedure.

I would recommend Dr. Chattha 10x over!!! About 7 weeks ago, I had a neck/chin lift & a eyebrow/cateye lift with him while undergoing other body procedures. I told him I did NOT want to look over exaggerated, and wanted to remain fairly natural. Not one person has recognized what I did since the surgery!!! They just "see" something is different & that is EXACTLY what I wanted. The eyebrow/cateye lift has made me look totally more awake. I was going in thinking I needed an upper bleph, but he was completely honest about how that would solve a smaller issue to a bigger problem. Doing the whole lift has taken care of the sagging skin above my eye, & I'm really glad I didn't go down the bleph route!!! After completing liposuction under my chin last year, I realized I had some loose skin that was preventing my jawline from looking sharp. Him and I discussed the neck lift - which he then also debunked whatever leftover fat was in there. It's insane how I could look as far down to my toes, and my jawline remains as sharp as Ariana Grande's. Pain for both has been in the lower 3/4's out of 10 (i have a HORRIBLE pain tolerance & I was fine). You'll have a weird banded headache around your head for the first week and a half. And you'll have a good amount of tightness in your neck for about six weeks. But sitting at seven weeks right now, I feel like myself again. The recovery was super quick, just as he said it would be! I got my hair done yesterday in an updo, and I've been doing full beats of makeup, & I have no pain or discomfort. He was constantly checking in on me, when I had issues with a medical rash from an allergic reaction to an antibiotic, he was on it IMMEDIATELY. He handled the "crisis" calmly and professionally, and I trusted him every step of the way. He the checked on me every few days until the rash was gone completely. That made me feel comfortable to know the issue was being handled - coming from a highly anxious girl. Dr. Chattha was the best surgeon I could ever ask for & l will NEVER go anywhere else again. Like... I will be back in 15 years for my second facelift. I cannot recommend him enough, if you're looking to get some work done by him - RUN to get a consultation. It'll be life changing!

Cosmetic surgery is so popular yet it can be extremely scary as well! When I turned 40 yrs old I knew I wanted to do something about my double chin and neck area! I was tired and honestly very unhappy w the way my face looked. I had several consultations around the Houston area that left me a bit confused/ concerned and not sure if I wanted to go through w surgery at that point. You kinda question yourself repeatedly, bc you're afraid of things that could go wrong! That was me; but then I consulted w Dr. Chattha! After our consultation, I was back in the game! His way of explaining things and just listening to how knowledgeable he just made me feel so at ease and I knew right away I was in good hands! We decided that an Internal Neck Lift procedure was the way to go for me. Dr. Chattha takes everything you have to say as a patient into account and that to me was priceless. He listens, he gives you great feedback every time, and most importantly, though busy, he does not forget about his patients. It's been a whole year for me since my surgery and I feel AMAZING and STILL reach out to him for cosmetic advise. Best advise i can give if you're considering cosmetic surgery is to be good to yourself. (pre and post-op) The aftercare process can be scary but dont be discouraged, as there will be good days and bad days and in NO particular order. Some days I felt good, others great, but there were also days I felt like total crap, mentally and physically. DON'T GET DISCOURAGED FRIENDS, it will pass! MASSAGE, MASSAGE, MASSAGE! Also, the biggest NO, NO is to assume that the results are always going to be intact! Let me tell you bit about me. For instance, when I go up a few pounds, it goes straight to my face. Therefore, after surgery I decided to go on a weight loss journey to not only to maintain my surgery results but also to feel good all around and let me tell you it has been tough but nonetheless it has ALL been worth it. Needless to say, Dr. Chattha has helped me feel and look great ! (In my most humble opinion) I am beyond grateful and blessed to know that he was always and continues to be just a phone call away! You're the BEST Dr. Chattha!

Dr.Chatta is truly an amazing surgeon with perfect technique. I had a rhinoplasty and a neck lift. I’m currently a year from surgery with little to no visible scarring. My only regret is not taking his professional advice and wanting something different than suggested for my rhinoplasty. He is extremely professional and truly cares about his patients. If you have the opportunity to go under his knife do not think twice. You WONT regret a thing except not doing it sooner!!!!

From start to finish Dr. Chattha was amazing. He was very responsive to all my questions, concerns, and even simple updates about my results. He was beyond professional and really took the time to hear what I wanted for my results. I had 360 lipo, bbl, and jplasma. My main concern was looking unnatural but I wanted to fill in my hips dips to match the rest of my legs. His results are amazing. My waist has gone down 5 inches, and my fat transfer looks so natural. I am an avid gym enthusiast but unfortunately it did not reflect on my glutes…now I have the body I’ve always wanted. My recovery was amazing-walking with little to no pain from day one (everyone’s body is different but I had no pain) and my bruising was so minimal compared to the work he put in. I went from an apple shape holding every bit of excess fat in my abdomen, to having a natural hourglass figure.

Dr. Chattha performed my deep plane neck lift and the results exceeded my expectations. Before my surgery I was nervous about the recovery downtime and whether the results would look natural. Dr. Chattha put me at ease right away. He walked me through the procedure, why it was the best option for my age, skin, and a realistic expected outcome. On the day of the surgery the staff is very comforting and supportive. Postop instructions were clear and follow-up visits were very thorough and Dr. Chattha is very helpful. In the spring of 2025, I opted for 2 separate facial procedures by Dr. Chattha. I am 50 years old and thought that I was ready for a facelift. Dr. Chattha examined me and explained that I wasn’t ready for that, but together we agreed on some smaller edits we could do in the meantime that would make me look more refreshed, rested, and help me feel more like how I feel-young at heart! First was a lip lift and earlobe repair under local anesthesia in the office. Next was lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer and CO2 laser under IV sedation in the OR. Everything from the first consult to my follow up appointments went seamlessly. In the first consult, I never felt rushed. Dr. Chattha listened to me and took his time collaborating with me on ideas and understanding the results I desired. Dr. Chattha is kind, a great listener, and stayed engaged all the way through the entire experience, from the first consult, all the way to the end to my incision healing care. Dr. Chattha is not just a surgeon, he is an artist, with a discerning eye for a beautiful and natural result. I trusted him completely and I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Chattha has been great! I came to him for a revision rhino. I was stressed and nervous about having to go through this process a second time but Dr. Chattha and his team have been amazing. I am a little over two months post op and everything is healing well and the process has been smooth. He addressed every concern and never makes me feel like I’m asking too many questions or like he doesn’t have time to address them. He’s very responsive when you message him as well. My other concern was having to deal with healing/going to follow up appointments and having a busy summer at work but his team always makes sure to work with me. I have been able to go to my follow up appointments during my lunch and he gets me in and out as quick as possible. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I look forward to seeing my final results and continue working with him.
