Based on what you posted, you appear to have a pleasing nasal profile appearance. I would not advocate undergoing another surgery to de-project your nasal tip several millimeters, since it is a difficult undertaking, your results may not be what you want them to be, and this may lead to a widening on front view. In spite I believe your nose has a normal tip projection at this moment, the simulation you aim to also shows a proportionate projection, it can be done and not in a complex manner, under local and sedation (but not in office!).

Your ethnicity is irrelevant but for one factor: deprojecting a nose increases the alar flar in proportion to the deprected mm, if this is undesirable an alar flare reduction should be associated.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for a revision rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. You have a depressed nasal bridge and that is causing the nasal tip to look worst. The best solution would be to put a silicone implant on the bridge that gives the appearance of a deprojected nose.

You can definitely get it deprojected. The reason it is more challenging in ethnic noses is because of your thicker skin, it's much more challenging to get significant definition/narrowing from the front, and one of the tools to achieve this is to add projection. So I would say you definitely get it deprojected but know that you might be trading it for some widening from the front.
