I have to inject Clexane (Enoxaparin) for at least the next 3 months and am due for Sculptra for facial lipoatrophy in 6 weeks. As long as whatever would happen (bruising, some bleeding) would be temporary and would resolve over days/weeks i'm prepared to go ahead with it. Is there anything more dangerous/permanent to be concerned about? Thanks for any info. Danny.
