I have been to a few plastic surgeons that have told me I do not have enough fat for a fat transfer & I’m really not interested in getting butt implants but my hip dips bother me because they make me look like I have a square shape. I looked into Sculptra but I know that it can get very costly. One surgeon said that 4 vials of Sculptra on each side of my hips would fill them in but I don’t know if that’s realistic as I want my hips to be very curvy. Advice please.
Answer: Sculptra for Hip Dips Sculptra butt injections can help add volume and lift the buttocks in those individuals that do not have enough fat for a traditional brazilian butt lift, or do not want to undergo a surgical procedure. It can also be used to fill in small areas of volume loss, including those after a BBL such as the hip dips. Keep in mind that Sculptra butt lifts usually require multiple vials over multiple treatment sessions and results will never be as dramatic as a brazilian butt lift. However, in the appropriate candidates nice improvement can be seen. We combine the treatment with our HIFEM butt lifting procedure for optimal results. You will need more than 4 vials per side over multiple sessions to have a noticeable difference. Make sure you see an expert to minimize risk of complications. Best wishes.

Answer: Absolutely Sculptra is a great option for people without enough fat to transfer. However, 4 vials per side is not nearly enough. I'd suggest you do more for the result you want.Watch our videos to learn more.

Answer: Is Sculptra a realistic option for significant hip dips if fat transfer is not an option? Thank you for your pictures and questions. Sculptra may be a good option for you but the only way to know is to have the procedures and see what kind of results you can achieve. The downside is that usually most patients only get modest results, it can be costly and require multiple treatments, and even in the best results, they are only temporary. One other option you might want to look into is Renuva. This is a more permanent option but can also be very costly.Hope this helps!Dallas R. Answer: Sculptra for hip dips, maybe try Renova too. When a patient doesn't have enough fat to transfer, Sculptra is an option for hip dips. I think your degree of volume loss would require more than 4 vials per side. I would do 4-5 per side and then repeat at 3 months. Maybe a third treatment would be necessary too. Renova is another option. It is the framework for new fat to build upon. It will be more expensive most likely but has been shown to create fat in the area it is injected.

Answer: Is Sculptra a realistic option for significant hip dips if fat transfer is not an option? I hace great experience with Sculptra or Renuva injections to the buttock, lateral hips in patients with limited fat donor areas, or poor lipo/fat transfer results. In my opinion 4 vials is very under treating you. I believe at least 10 Sculptra vials or 6 syringes of Renuva in initial session than follow up after 6 weeks to 3 months another session/round of injections.
