I’m unhappy with the sagging and loss of upper fullness in my breasts. My nipples sit lower than I’d like, and I feel my breasts look droopy and bottom-heavy. My goal is a lifted, perkier, more youthful and shapely appearance while still looking natural and proportional to my body. Based on my photos, would a breast lift (mastopexy) alone achieve this, or would combining a lift with a reduction create a better shape? What type of lift and scar pattern would likely give the most defined, rounded result

Had a septoplasty over 2 years ago and my nostrils and lower cartilage and very uneven. They had been before the surgery but seem more pronounced now. Is this correctable via a rhinoplasty? If so, what should I specifically ask from the surgeon?

I have been researching into a rhinoplasty, but I’m worried about the length of my mid face especially having smaller eyes. Would a rhinnoplasty help this or make it look even more disproportionate ? I’m also concerned about how hollow my temples are I’m only 25 but they have always looked like this

I love my nose from the front and from the left side. But from the right, you notice a bump and a drooping/hook of the tip. Is this a challenging fix? Is it worth getting a rhinoplasty? I'm fearful of coming out of surgery have more issues with my nose than I began with. I'd like to stay under $10k if p, but don't want to sacrifice expertise and quality of work

I had a rhinoplasty two years ago and have developed a lump on my columella - I’m unsure if this is scar tissue or cartiledge. I’m interested to know if there‘s anything that can be done to reduce the lump without undergoing revision surgery.

I am 5’1 and 115 lbs , I have had a bbl done by a plastic surgeon many years ago and I honestly believe I was one of his first ones .. after my procedure I was never encouraged to constantly wear the compression garments nor even have a single lymphatic massage, and I did not quit smoking, so no wonder why it didn’t stick , I’ve lost quite a bit of weight via Tirzepatide, I’m wondering if at my new weight and having that done before if I would make a good candidate again for round 2? I’ve DC’d the tirzepatide and managed to gain 4 lbs in the last 3 weeks. Really hoping that there is a possibility to get enough fat off my body for this.

23 years old, 162cm, i think my weight fluctuates between 51-56kg due to hormones and carb intake. i dont mind natural result

Hello I am a 35 y/o wife and mother. I am 5’1“ tall and weigh 143 lbs I am pretty active and work out consistently. I will be haunt a mommy makeover consisting of an extended tummy tuck, breast lift & augmentation, with a lipo on my back, flanks & abdomen. My Dr also stated that he would include the fat transfer to my glutes with the procedure. But I’m wondering is the fat transfer to the glutes pushing it too far and should I opt out and maybe do this in another surgery ?? Thanks in advance

Hi i have a consultation in January and really hoping i can just have implants as a lift here is very expensive. Id like to go for 400cc plus. Thats my goal.

I'm 178cm (5'10.5) and 69kg, athletic built, lean with very little (AA) native breast tissue after BF 2 kids, no sagging. I might be a good candidate for Preserve or Mia by Motiva, because I want the smallest possible enhancement to not alter my sporty appearance. With the research I have done on Motiva Ergo sizing - once the diameter gets close to 12cm, the volume goes up to at least 275cc, seems that Ergo II (Joy) is even more narrow per cc than Ergo I. If I get diameter 11cm, mini 220cc - will that look silly on my chest and broad shoulders? Like two small ballons in the middle of my chest, no lateral fullness? Is Mia and Preserve designed for more petite girls? Please help, I'm so confused because surgeons in Canada all just do basically dual plane and emphasize the importance of correctly fitting diameter for your breast.

I am looking to get a breast augmentation, and have had two consultations. 1 surgeon said I can not go higher than a 275 full profile Motiva, the other said a 320 demi profile would be the max. My breast width diameter is 10.5, and per the motiva chart that would be 230 in the demi profile, and 275 in the full. I definitely want demi profile ergonomix, but a 230cc will not give me the results I am looking for. Is going to 320 demi profile safe even though the BWD for that size should be 11.75cm?

Tired of my tired looking eyes. Would love to know if a bleph with fat transfer would work here or would an implant be more suitable. Also does it look like I have ptosis and would addressing it better this sad Sam look. need a general starting point to ask the right follow up questions with my doctor of choice. (Still searching)

I am a 65 year old woman; what procedures do you recommend?

Hi, I'm in my 40s and it seems that the surrounding area around the eyes have been damage by the sun overtime. Also, there is an hollow area under the eyes. Let me know what type of procedure would help. Thank you so much.

Hi, please advise on what surgeries could improve the appearance of my eyes?

I am 50 and am deliberating whether or not a facelift is worth the downtime and risk. I do not have a double chin or badly sagging neck. My main concern is lower cheek laxity. Thanks.

I'm almost 72, and I understand that a midlift is appropriate for much younger women, but I had a lowerlift in 2018, which I think is still doing well. Could i be a candidate for a midlift?
