Congrats on your weight loss. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for an Extended Tummy Tuck. This procedure does all the same things as a standard Tummy Tuck, but it removes loose skin and excess fat over the hips and outer thighs. The incision will extend slightly beyond the hips.

It does take longer in the Operating Room to excise more skin, therefore the cost is a bit higher. However, the Extended Tummy Tuck has the advantage of lifting your outer thighs and a tiny bit of lift to your buttocks.

This is one of my favorite procedures as patients are always so happy with the transformation.

If your health is otherwise good I see no reason why you should not easily find a plastic surgeon to do your tummy tuck! All surgeries carry risks, so choose your surgeon carefully. Look for a board certified plastic surgeon, who has done a ton of plus size tummy tucks, has previlages to perform this surgery at a local hospital and operates at a certified surgical facility. Don't be shy to ask: how many tummy tucks have you done on women my size, and don't settle for vague answers. A lot of bias exists regarding plus size people, I should know, I used to be 267 lbs.
