I am about 50 to 61 pounds overweight and 44 yrs old. My ideal body weight is roughly between 145 and 150 lbs.. Can you let me know what the qualilfications are for a combi tuck.

This is something your surgeon will want to advise you on, but my personal preference is tape for 6 weeks. gauze would be appropriate if there is any drainage from the wound.

The discussion regarding the safety of your surgery should occur between you, the plastic surgeon and the neurologist.  Optimizing you condition prior to surgery and taking precautions after surgery should result in an excellent outcome with minimized risks of complications.
