I certainly don't mean to pick on you but, without a doctor in the states, many of these ancillary issues are left for you to handle without assistance. You could try talking to your Internist or Family doc to see if they can help you.

Make sure you have a good emergency fund set aside because any com-plication like blood clots, post op bleeding and or infection will require an emergency trip back to Mexico, and these things are just a recognized risk to surgery that you pa your surgeon to handle.
