I am a mother of 5. 2 of them c section. I also have lost around 100 pounds. I am thinking of getting a tummy tuck and possible liposuction or lift of my thighs. I also have MS and wonder what extras as a Dr you do during or after surgery to help prevent me from having an exacerbation?

Thank you for the question and the CT images. I dont think it matters much whether you have a hernia or a severe for of diastasis. Where one ends and other begins may not be that easy to determine. Furthermore, repair of either is actually going to look a lot alike....
