I would advise you to seek an opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in nose surgery. 

 A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish straightening the crooked nose and shaving down the dorsal hump after an accident. The septum on the internal portion of the nose can also be straightened to improve functional breathing, once medical necessity has been documented at the time of the examination and consultation. A septoplasty and a rhinoplasty can be performed to straighten the nose and improve the breathing, but anticipate paying for the cosmetic component yourself. A septoplasty and rhinoplasty are usually performed under general anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure.
