What facial surgeries/procedures can I get to look less Hispanic? (Photos)

You have very attractive features.  To obtain a more European model-like face, I would perform a rhinoplasty to tilt and narrow the nose, chin augmentation to balance profile, remove fat from lower cheek (chipmunk cheek operation), and add fat to upper cheek to give a more top heavy, sexy shaped face.  I may also add a tiny bit of volume to the center of the upper lip and the butts of the lower lip to give the lip a sexier curl. 

Rhinoplasty for a more attractive and feminine look? A rhinoplasty to narrow your nasal bones and slightly elevated your tip well refining your tip etc. will give you a more attractive  and feminine nose. Being dark skin with dark eyes and living in Texas will always make people think that you could possibly be Hispanic so that may not change even with the better  looking nose. 

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement.  You may also benefit from chin liposuction.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. It is important to embrace your Heritage, and not try to change it. From the limited photographs, there are some refinements in the nose the can accomplish making the nose narrower and the tip more refined.

It depends on which aspect specifically you would like to address, however regarding rhinoplasty this could be performed to improve the profile and refined the tip of your nose. Rhinoplasty is a procedure in which you could potentially have a good result. Especially if your goals are to make the nose more narrow and a bit smaller.Regardinf the chin, there is potential for liposuction or removal of fat however an in person consultation will be necessary to determine this. Hello Mynamaeisrose21,The feature that probably most closely resembles being of Hispanic heritage would be your nose.  You may consider slightly refining the tip and narrowing the middle third of the nose.  Having a wider nose in these areas is more consistent with Hispanic descent as opposed to European descent.  Although the submental fat is not creating a Hispanic appearance, you can consider liposuction (my recommendation) or a series of Kybella treatments (also an option but given your age liposuction would probably be more effective).I'd recommend you consult with a facial plastic surgeon to learn about your options.I hope this helps and good luck.  

Those people asking if you're Mexican - that's on them not you. They're asking that because you live in Texas, and that's the most common ethnicity and you do share some overall characteristics- dark hair, etc. if you lived in Eastern Europe, you would not be getting asked this... So is this a good enough reason to change your face?  You have very pretty features, so even a rhinoplasty needs to be done in a very certain way, if done at all. Are you a candidate for a tip rhino? Technically yes. We could narrow the tip and overall profile. But only if you're wanting surgery for the right reasons. Sorry to go on and on. When I see someone who is pretty wanting to change the way they look my red flags start going up. Doesn't mean we can't do it. It just means we need to really talk about all the things leading up to the decision. The under-chin area is easy to treat. Some lipo in the office is probably the most cost effective and you're young so skin will rebound. Other options include kybella and Ultherapy. You don't have enough to warrant the coolsculpting mini tip.
