I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Domanskis. I explanted my 10 year old breast implants on 3/18/2020 and it's the best decision I ever made. I'm incredibly thankful to have found Dr. Domanskis, as he is an extremely competent, talented, experienced and thorough surgeon. His aesthetic outcome could not be better and I'm just SO happy I was able to connect with him. The surgery center, Hoag Surgicare was top notch and all the nurses and anesthesiologist were also amazing. And another most amazing individual, is Rachelle, Dr. Domanskis's office administrator. She went above and beyond to help me with every single need I had and she just has the best personality. I could go on and on, but just want to say thanks to everyone who helped me through my surgery. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Domanskis!!!
Dr. Domanskis is very intuitive without alot of explaining he was in tune with what I wanted and gave me the hips to balance out my shape! I always had stubborn belly fat and back fat as well as a narrow waistline and flabby arms. After this liposuction my waist has drastically changed into the hour glass shape I wanted and I am happy with the results :).
Dr. Domanskis performed my BBL procedure in October and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Domamakis if you are thinking of having a BBL (or other procedure-I am a return patient). He listens to what you want, offers his professional recommendations, and delivers excellent results.
Dr. Domanskis saved my life! He cares! I did a facelift with some other surgeon. Everything was ok until 1 week later, when some stiches had been removed. Hours later my temple artery exploded. The bleeding was profound. I was rushed by an ambulance to a hospital. Dr. Domanskis was a plastic surgeon on call at Mission Hospital at that time. He performed a surgery under a humongous stress, since the artery continued to pump the blood out. Even though he didn’t have much time, he still did everything possible to mitigate the damage to my blown face; I am so lucky that I followed my post surgery treatment with Dr. Domanskis! He cares! He applied all his skills to prevent excessive scarring at places where the facial tissue was torn (the blown artery pumped the blood under the skin inflating it, so the facial tissue was torn between the cheek and the nose). He is one of a kind human being, with top skills as a surgeon, and a caring person at the same time. He even offered a laser treatment for no charge!!! I am alive and I look great! Thank you Dr. Domanskis!
I chose Dr Domanskis after careful research in 2007 when I was looking for breast revision. He is the best surgeon by far if you are seeking larger implants. Not only is he a skilled surgeon but an artist. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. D and his staff were with me every step of the way, explaining the procedure, as well as the risks. I travelled all the way from Boston to have the surgery and I would do all over again.
Excellent experience with Dr. Domanskis! I had abdominalplasty and liposuction. He explained the procedures very thoroughly as well as what to expect immediately following my surgery. He was in contact with me by phone as well during the first week post op I felt very safe in his hands. My results are absolutely phenomenal I couldn't be more pleased!
I'm 72 going on 52. Wanted to keep looking as young as I feel. Dr. Domanskis is amazing. Procedure was in his office operating room with local anesthetic. Everything went great!! You want to look younger with a totally natural appearance Dr. Domanskis is definitely the right surgeon. Worked great without having to undergo full general anesthesia.
By the time I was 14, I had a feeling my breasts were not developing correctly. My mother used to always assure me that I'd "fill out" as I got older, and while I shouldn't have been comparing myself to the other girls, I most definitely had underdeveloped breasts. I had them until I was 22 years old, when I finally felt "Enough is enough." I decided in December 2013 to research a doctor who could take me AA breasts that fit in pre-teen trainer bras to a full C cup. After reading some reviews and researching his education, I made a consultation appointment with Dr. Domanskis. He helped me visualize what a C cup would look like on my 5'1" frame with my narrow hips, and I came to realize that a B cup was far more appropriate. The fact that the Dr. helped me with this decision meant a lot to me, because he had to do some convincing, but he was totally patient (and correct)! I had my surgery in March during my spring break from grad school. The surgery day went very well, and there were no complications. I was out by 1 p.m. and spent the rest of my break recovering. I did have to call the office once when I began having some itching, and they promptly told me how to take care of it and even called me back the next day to make sure I was doing ok. After the follow-up visit, I was very impressed. The fullness was perfect and I finally had some womanly curve to my flat chest. There was some bruising that took a few weeks to really go away, but other than that, the experience exceeded my expectations.
Got exactly the results I envisioned and feel so much better. Ahh! You know that feeling when you get home and take your bra off? I feel like that all the time now. I've been large breasted ever since puberty. The annoyance and back pain got exponentially worse when I had my two daughters, and I also began to feel unhappy with my breasts' even heavier new shape. On top of that, I decided to lose the baby weight and tone my body through exercise (mostly by running). I couldn't find a bra that made it workouts comfortable. It was incredibly frustrating. At first I thought I'd need to get lipo and a whole slew of fat-reducing procedures. But I realized after talking with Dr. Domanskis that I was achieving my goals just fine, it was just the soreness of my back from the weight of my breasts that had been bothering me for years (even stopping me from playing with the kids sometimes) and the general annoyance of being big-busted and droopy at the same time. So! After my initial appointment with Dr. D., he informed me that my insurance may help cover some of the cost because I had documented back pain problems. I was able to get 60% of the cost covered and Dr. D was flexible with me on the rest. The surgery was a bit longer than I expected, which left my husband somewhat worried, but the staff was attentive to him and assured him everything was going fine. About 4 hours after being put under, I was on my way home wearing an ace wrap and a prescription for pain killers. As promised I was functional by Thanksgiving (even cooked!) and pretty well fully healed by New Year's Eve. I did not have any complications except for the ace wrap coming a little loose, but I took care of it at home. The shape of my breasts as healed (over 2months post-op now) is better than before, although that was only an afterthought for me in the first place. The weight is substantially better. I have been missing out on this all my life. My clothes fit better, and my back! What an incredible difference. I don't have to take daily pain medication for my back anymore.
I first went to see Dr. Domanskis about 15 years ago and I have to say that everything was outstanding. My breasts look very natural and I went from a 34B to a 36D or 34C depending on the bra. I did have to have a replacement...this is not meant to scare you but one of mine ruptured. It happens, it's the risk you take but it's a very, very small one. Ruptures are not common but it happened to me. Not a big deal. Within a week I was in the office and again, I'm happier than ever. Another great part is that he really does have the hands of a surgeon. It's hardly noticeable that I even have a scar....The Dr. is THAT delicate. Also, I can't say enough good things about Rachelle. Smart, always on point and a doll. Would I recommend them? Anytime with a glad heart to a friend or stranger. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I were you. Good luck:)
Yes, it looks like you now have enough fat to remove with at least a 360 liposuction and then purify that and inject it into buttock!
First, you have almost no fat to remove to inject into the breasts! I prefer to do a fat transfer but in your case I would opt for a small smooth silicone gel or saline implant underneath the muscle!
Yes, this can occur but not usually. Also, when I do an uplift I can make the areola smaller on what you would want.
No, it should not affect it. Normally, I have my patients walking around in a short period of time.
If the area goes away when move your breasts around then most likely it is not a cyst but I recommend that you do get a mammogram as well as an MRI to be surer.
