Open rhinoplasty post op nose deviation following surgery 14 days

Following open rhinoplasty I have sent a photo before and after , my nose was slightly deviated before but now I think it is much worse also the bone under right eye is protruding more than other and seems to be stopping side healing

This is either a hypertrophic scar or mucosa. Both can be treated, so you don't need to worry. Contact your surgeon for advice.

A second rasp procedure can be undertaken to soften the residual dorsal hump you have.  However, you may consider a revision to reduce both your cartilage and bony dorsum slightly further for a nicer overall result.
