Can hifu therapy be used to lift your butt?

Can hifu therapy be used to lift your butt? I do not want my butt to look smaller or largerl, I just wanted to be more shaped and lifted. Can hifu do that? I know they usually use that for face and neck lifting, but i have never heard it is used for that area until my doctor told me today. If yes, what can go wrong? He says nothing can go wrong and I will see results in six weeks and all I need is one half an hour session.
