I am relatively low in body fat. I workout everyday and eat healthy. I lift weights. If I pull the tissue from my lower butt up, the fat and shape are perfect. Can I get just a lift without fat transfer or an implant and have the incision above my butt/ lower back like a belt Lipectomy without the 360 degree incision? I just want the skin lifted. Im 37. Ive never lost or gained more than 10 pounds above or below what I am now. I dont do drugs and have never been pregnant.
Despite spending the past 3 years in the gym, i havent been able to get a define gluteal crease. I had dropped a lot of weight fairly quickly and constantly fluctuated from 175lbs originally, down to 80, and now Im at a steady 130. I was wondering if there were anyway to achieve more prominent definition in my glute area. I dont want bigger glutes just more definition.
Hi doctors, Im seeking professional advice regarding the loose skin and deep creases under my buttocks following major weight loss. Ive attached a photo to show my current condition. I am 5'4 tall, weigh 109 lbs, and lost 100 pounds about a year ago. Id really appreciate your expertise on the following: What surgical or non-surgical options are available to remove or significantly improve these wrinkles and creases under my buttocks? Where would the scars be located if surgery is recommended, and how visible are they over time? Is it possible to fully resolve this issue through glute and hamstring hypertrophy in the gym, or is surgery the only effective option? Could you please provide a realistic prognosis of what kind of result I could expect at bestand at worstwith or without surgery? Any before and after photos of patients with a similar body type and condition would be incredibly helpful in setting expectations. My goal is to have a smooth, tight, rounder buttock appearance with no loose folds or wrinkles underneath. Id love to hear your thoughts on the best way to get there. I am unsure how to proceed as I keep getting different answers. I would like to have a bbl after having removed silicone but have been told either 1, there is dead space and fat cannot be transferred into dead space, or two fat can be transferred into dead space...which is correct?
After liposuction to my legs post BBL, I noticed a second crease underneath my butt. The doctor tried to fix it by performing liposuction there again and it made the area worse. I am looking for a procedure such as the Miami thong lift that will get rid of the sagging/double crease while hiding the incisions. I DO NOT want an incision above or below my buttock. Do you believe a Miami thong lift with the incision hidden in the butt crack will work?
After a previous botched BBL where fat was placed on lowest point of buttocks causing so much sagging from turkey, i got a lateral buttock lift in london harley street. Now more than a year later my buttocks have sagged again. I am so sad. I have been going to the gym for 4 months now and havent seen an improvement and now I am worrying that building muscles alone wont fix it. I have also lost 7KG of fat and now my body fat percent is 21.4% and now im slim but seems like the fat on my buttocks just wont go no matter how much weight i lose! I think losing the fat may have contributed to further sagging but theres still so much excess fat which makes my bum looks so droopy! (especially one cheek is more saggy and flat on the top of bum than the other!) My question is , what should i do now? i am reluctant to get another surgery but at this point i dont think gym and fat loss will help me any further! I am very satisfied with the size and the fat in my butt. I was born with a sacral dimple which I'm very self conscious of and I feel like makes me butt crack short and crooked at the top. I hate wearing g strings for that reason. Also I would like my hip dips filled, my gluteal cheek contoured. I feel as though my gluteal cheeks are not as round. I would also like more definition with the crease that's sits under both cheeks. I don't really have and definition with the crease.No exercises have helped me with either of the issues I have listed. I am 5'3 and weigh 128lbs.
Im a 48 year old female. Im 52 125lbs. I had liposuction of my outer thighs about 20 years ago. I was left with defects on my right side and I have had multiple procedures to try and correct it. Ive had the plastic surgeon try to break up the scar tissue and smooth it out, Sculptra and finally fat grafting which they removed fat from my flank area and more on my left outer thigh which has left my left thigh looking just as bad if not worse than my right. Is there any options available to improve the creases without causing further damage? I rather not have any surgical procedure that will leave incision scars. Also, is there anything to help with the skin discoloration from the cannula? Im so embarrassed and have been chasing a correction for 20 years.
I'm having a hard time figuring out the right procedure for me. I did 2 rounds of Venus Bliss with zero result. I've researched BBLs, Thong Lifts, and banana roll removal and am still unsure best option for my concerns. Photos attached. I know a have a lot of areas that could be fixed with lipo and fat transfer, but I want to know what will specifically fix the circled areas.
