Can a buttock lift be done with the scar in the buttocks? (photo)

Thank you for your question.  It is not possible to lift the buttocks without an incision.  The only option is to transfer fat to the lower pole of the buttock to address the skin laxity.

alone. The second would be to have an actual excision of the loose skin. What
will be chosen will depend on your actual physical examination as well as

Yes, excess skin can be excised through an incision that can be hidden in the buttock crease.  It will be a permanent scar.  Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for advice.

Yes absolutely, a butt lift, such as a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), involves the use of fat grafting into the buttocks, which both reshapes it and lifts it.  Scars sometimes even improve in there appearance with fat transfer.  I suggest looking into wha tis called a BBL.  The Body lift in this area also includes a butt lift, but leaves a much larger scar.  One of the advantages using Fat transfer is that you can be very specific about where you place the fat to not only enlarge and lift the buttocks, but you have more control in reshaping the buttocks as well.
