Is there a surgery to remove stretch marks on the buttocks?

There is no good surgery to remove the stretch marks on the buttocks.  The only way to remove stretch marks is to excise them.

In performing a butt lift, the injected fat will fill out your skin and should make the stretch marks less noticeable. Obtain a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in butt lifts. They should be able to give you an idea of what these changes should look like after surgery.

Although there are treatments for skin stretch marks ( laser skin resurfacing, radio frequency micro needling, etc), you are correct that these treatments may have a limited effect.   Surgical buttock lift procedures (Brazilian butt lift, buttock implants, etc.) can help add volume to the buttocks but will not change the quality of the skin.  Before undergoing any treatment ask to see similar before and after photos to help you determine if the procedure will accomplish what you are hoping for.
