Judging by your photographs it appears that you would be a good candidate for a Mommy Make Over providing that you are in good health.

If you wanted your breasts smaller a breast reduction, which includes a breast lift, would be ideal. If you simply wanted your breasts smaller and lifted a breast lift would be the answer.

The abdomen can be recontoured with an abdominoplasty and liposuction of your hips and thighs.

It is ideal to be within 10 pounds of your ideal body weight at the time of surgery. This allows your surgeon to perform better contouring. Many women however are quite comfortable at a higher weight and don't intend to lose weight preoperatively. In any event your Mommy Make Over should result in a very nice and dramatic change. In the course of an arm lift, tummy tuck and a breasts lift skin edges are elevated and separated from the underlying tissue. This will diminish the blood supply to these areas. The nicotine content of smoking will constrict blood vessels in these areas leading to potential significant loss of skin, chronic open wounds and subsequent substantial scarring. For this reason surgeons normally require patients to stop smoking for at least 4 weeks preoperatively and 4 weeks postoperatively. A Mommy Make Over can make a dramatic improvement.         Based on your photographs appears that he would be a good candidate for a Mommy Make Over.  On examining the you is difficult to know whether or not he would be better served with a full abdominoplasty or a mini abdominoplasty.  A Mommy Makeover is a term used to describe one or more surgical procedures combined together to correct some of the unwanted effects of pregnancy.  It commonly includes recontouring of the abdominal wall, some type of breast reshaping and liposuction.  The most common procedure in this combination is usually some form of abdominal recontouring.  This may include a full abdominoplasty, a mini abdominoplasty, or liposuction only. If there are significant stretch marks present a full abdominoplasty normally is required to optimally recontour the abdominal wall.  In a full abdominoplasty and incision is made low on the abdominal wall from one hip to the other.  The skin and fat layer is lifted off of the muscle layer up to the belly button.  At this point an incision is made around the belly button so that the skin and fat layer can continue to be lifted off the muscle layer leaving the belly button attached to the muscle in its normal location.  Elevation of the skin and fat layer is continued up to the rib cage.  Occasionally there is some degree of separation between the muscles in the center part of the abdomen.  If this separation is present it is repaired by stitching it closed.  The elevated skin and fat layer is then pulled tight to the lower part of the abdomen.  The excess skin and fat is then removed and the wound stitched closed.  The belly button is then brought out through a new opening remaining in his original position.  A mini abdominoplasty normally starts off with liposuction of the abdominal wall.  Excess skin and fat between the belly button and the pubic bone is then removed.  This procedure is indicated if there is not a need for tightening the skin above the belly button.  Normally no muscle repair is performed with a mini abdominoplasty.  Liposuction refers to removing the excess fat of the abdominal wall.

Based on your photographs a breast augmentation in conjunction with a breast lift would be an ideal combination to reshape your breasts.

When all of these changes are made at the same time the overall effect is much more dramatic than if they were done individually.  Patient's have commented that it's much like buying a whole new outfit instead of one piece at a time.  Additionally, it is less expensive to have several procedures done at one time rather than having them done individually.  There is also an economy of time.  All of this can be done with one recovery time.

It appears that you would have a satisfactory outcome with a breast lift and augmentation.  Regarding your abdomen It appears from the pictures that you likely would be a good candidate for a mini abdominoplasty.  When making the decision between a full and mini abdominoplasty several things must be taken into consideration. 
Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) is one of the most frequently performed and popular procedures and plastic surgery.  Most women who undergo abdominoplasty do so after they are done childbearing.  Unfortunately childbearing causes significant stress of the abdominal wall in all directions.  Many women also experience separation of the rectus muscles of the abdominal wall.  These are to parallel muscles running from the rib cage down to the pubic bone.  Fortunately this separation can be repaired during the course of a full abdominoplasty.  In general when stretch marks are present the best operation is usually a full abdominoplasty.
In a full abdominoplasty an incision is made from one hip to the other.  I prefer patients to bring  in the lower portion of the two-piece plating sutures they would most like to wear.  This allows me to design the incision in the most favorable location.  It is best to put the incision as low as possible.  In general this usually means approximately 7 cm from the opening of the vagina.
After this incision is made the skin and fat layer is separated from, and elevated off, of the underlying muscle layer.  This separation continues up to the belly button.  An incision is then made around the belly button releasing it from the skin and fat layer being elevated.  This allows for elevation of the skin and fat layer to continue up to the rib margin.  At this point the entire central muscle layer is exposed and can be tightened from the rib cage all the way down to the pubic bone.  The skin and fat layer is then pulled snugly down to the lower incision and the excess skin and fat is removed.  The belly button, which is still attached to the muscle layer, is then brought out through a new incision at the same level it was at the beginning.
In the ideal situation the original incision which was made around the belly button is pulled down far enough to be discarded with the extra skin.  Occasionally this skin cannot be tightened enough to allow for the removal of the opening created by the original incision around the belly button.  In this situation the opening has to be closed leaving a vertical incision somewhere between the belly button and the pubic bone.  Most often, with careful attention to detail, the closure of this vertical incision can result in a very acceptable scar.
In a mini abdominoplasty the incision is designed along the same lines as the full abdominoplasty.  Very often the length of the incision for the mini abdominoplasty is similar to the full abdominoplasty incision.  Even if it is shorter healing time for the incision will be essentially the same because incisions healed from side to side not end to end.  After the incision is made skin and fat layer is elevated up to the belly button but not past it.  Because the skin and fat layer is not elevated off of the upper abdomen complete tightening of the muscle layer is not possible.
After the skin and fat layer is elevated it is pulled down tightly and the excess is removed.  No tightening of the skin above the belly button is performed.  Very often during the course of the mini abdominoplasty the rest of the abdominal wall is liposuctioned to remove excess fat.
Although the recovery time for a full abdominoplasty is somewhat longer than a mini abdominoplasty the results are worth it.
If you are considering a tummy tuck be sure to consult a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who performs these procedures on a regular basis.

I would suggest that the BBL be performed first followed at a later date with the tummy tuck and breast augmentation and breast lift. After the BBL it will be important not to lay on your back and put pressure on the newly recontoured buttocks for about 3 weeks. After a tummy tuck it is important to lie in a slightly flexed position on your back to take pressure off of the abdomen. Consequently it is better to separate these two procedures. Another benefit of separating these two procedures is to allow your surgeon to harvest as much fat as possible from the abdomen along with the hips and thighs providing a larger amount of injectable fat and better results.
