Wound opening above butt crack after surgery. What do I do? (Photo)

im 3 weeks post op a trunk lift and butt lift surgery after massive weight loss.But on week 2 i noticed i was leaking from behind. When i went for my post op appt. my dr said i had an opening behind above my butt crack. She says its very common & just to apply dry pads. Which ive been doing. Tonight my behind has been hurting more than usual. So i had my husband take a phone Is this normal!? What do i do ? Please help!

Thank you for your question.  It is not possible to lift the buttocks without an incision.  The only option is to transfer fat to the lower pole of the buttock to address the skin laxity.

There is no good surgery to remove the stretch marks on the buttocks.  The only way to remove stretch marks is to excise them.
