Can I wear a tank top to bed 10 days after breast augmentation?

I would recommend you ask your surgeon what their opinion is. If the sports bra is irritating your incisions that isn’t a good thing. However, if you’ve been advised to wear a sports bra then you should continue to do so. You may want to try a different bra or keep the strap off of your incision somehow. 

The recommendations will vary depending on your surgeons practice and experience. It is my advise you follow his recommendations.  In my practice I recommend my patients use a special support bra without any underwire or push up for the first four weeks at all times.

I would defer to your Plastic Surgeon's post-op recommendation, however, in my practice, I am comfortable with my patients switching to a comfortable bra (or snug-fitting tank) of their choice after one week.

This is a question we here most often.  However, it is best to contact your Plastic Surgeon and ask what their protocol is.  Most of the time it is required to wear the sports bra for 6 weeks before jumping in to a tank top.  You might want to try and apply a small gauze around the incision to help ease the pain you are feeling. so ask your surgeon what else may work for you as implants can still shift at this point.  My patients are either using a band (no bra needed) or a leisure bra with light support, depending on where their implants are positioned.

This is a question better to be made to your surgeon. personally, I like to keep the breast in check to prevent lateral displacement, specially early on after surgery.
Finally, make sure that your doctor is aware of your process. He should be able to guide you best in your care.

Each doctor will have his own recommendation for what bra to wear after surgery.  I suggest an no underwire good supportive bra for 6 weeks after the surgery.  If you are comfortable when in a horizontal position at night, then switching to a less supportive bra would be fine.  During the day when you are active you should remain in a more supportive garment.  

Congratulations on having undergone the breast augmentation procedure; given that you have chosen your plastic surgeon, it is best to follow his/her "protocol" given that your plastic surgery knows what works best when it comes to achieving patient pleasing  outcomes in his/her practice.   Generally speaking, there is no “standard” when it comes to the use of specific bras or garments after breast surgery. In other words, different plastic surgeons may have different practices when it comes to postoperative dressings/bras. 
In my practice, patients wake up with a surgical bra in place. This surgical bra, although not attractive, is supportive and used for about one month after surgery (some of my patients have been known to burn the bra ASAP). Then, patients transition to a soft sports bra. Wired bras are used when breast have reached their “final position” and patients have full sensation along the breast skin. 
Generally, the longer I have been in practice, the more I appreciate the long term use of supportive bras after all types of breast surgery.  This additional support may be especially helpful when patients are lying down and/or engaged in strenuous exercise. Congratulations on your breast augmentation surgery.  It is important that your surgical bra not be too tight and compressing your breasts in an uncomfortable manner.  In my practice if patients are comfortable I encouraged him to not wear a bra at all to allow the implants to move.  I think the tank top is a reasonable alternative, but I am not your surgeon and would urge her to call the surgeons office to ask if you can make this change.

Post BA, we do recommend that sports bra or a compression vest for 3 weeks. The idea is 2 fold
1. Avoid underwire bras
2. apply pressure to reduce swelling and make it comfortable
I feel it is ok for you to wear your tanks at night, since 10 days are already past. You should be pretty good with it
