Seek a Board Certified Plastic surgeon when considering breast implant surgery. Type of implant and positioning should be discussed. Best of luck

The enemy of good, is perfect.  You have large natural breasts with nipples on the low side.  As the breast size is increased with volume, the low pole will reach a limit and the upper pole will start to increase disproportionately. You will then need a mastopexy or lifting of the nipples with scars.  With 800cc and a mastopexy you may get a miraculous result, but more likely bizarre monster breasts pushing high up on your chest and into your armpits with scars.  You are beautiful the way you are. Quit while you are ahead or think smaller.

Thank you for your question. "Tissue based planning" relies on your chest and breast measurements and is the safest way to ensure good long term results. Your surgeon should determine what size and projection are necessary to give you your desired result based on your body's measurements. Thank you for the question.  Based on your photographs, I think that you are starting at a good place and should have a very nice outcome with breast augmentation surgery. Ultimately, careful selection of plastic surgeon and  careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, in bra sizers, and computer imaging) as well as careful measurements (dimensional planning) will be critical.
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of words such as “XL”  "DD cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers.Most patients who want the larger breast implants need to have multiple procedures to achieve their final larger look.

It really depends on what size you want to go to.I have specialized in XL breast implants for many years. Yes, you should be able to go bigger with an open capsultomy and if not enougfh room then placement of a tissue expander and then switching to a custom silicone breast implant. You need to contact a plastic surgeon as far as costs are concened.

You would need a consultation to determine if you are a good candidate for 800cc silicone implants, ie measurements will be taken to determine this.  Sometimes, XL breast augmentation must be dones as a 2-stage procedure.

You're certainly free to choose overly large implants for yourself if you're fully aware of future risks and potential problems.  I personally would not be comfortable putting such large implants in a patient like yourself.  Remember that the great pictures that you find online are taken at one point in time and you don't have a follow up of how happy or regretful of the choice the patient became a few or several years later.Meet with an ABPS Bd Certified plastic surgeon (after watching the attached video above) and discuss incisions, types of implants and positions for the implants.  I think a smaller sized implant (than 800 ccs) could be selected at the time of surgery that will make you larger but not approach the massive size that you seem to seek and many patients come to regret.  Just my opinion...best wishes,
