I’ve recently had a face & brow lift and I’ve since been experiencing “black” bruising, I’m concerned it’s Necrosis. My surgery was April 4th, my surgeon said it was congestion. We’ve been treating it with nitrogen and Flamazine while keeping it moist. I’m 4 year smoke free however, I vape. I had zero nicotine 2 weeks prior to the surgery. Is it Necorsis? Is it treatable without debridement? How long will it last? What else should I be doing? Yes, I’ve stayed away from vaping.
