How do I achieve the "Hollow Cheek" look? (photos)

Iso9
Im 18 and i lost 120lbs, but my face is still undefined and "potato" shaped. It also seems that there is a lot of loose Skin on my face but im not really sure. Would be a filler or Facelift Treatment necessary?. My biggest wish is to achieve a defined angular chiseled face with hollow cheeks. I actually already got subtle hollow cheeks through my relatively high and prominent cheekbones, but my Zygos for example Looks quite flat. My faceshape would be totally different if it would be defined
