How do I achieve the "Hollow Cheek" look? (photos)

Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Congrats on the weight loss! Looking at your photos it appears that you already have pretty hollow cheeks. Further hollowness can be achieved with a buccal fat pad excision, however, in you I would be concerned that you might be too hollow. I would get opinions from a few board certified plastics surgeons before going forward with this procedure.

An examination of you in person would really provide the most information to give you the best advice.  Just based on your photos, I would not recommend any fat removal for your face because your cheeks do not appear overly full.  You also do not need a facelift.  It is possible that fillers could be used to make some alterations in your face that may help you approach your goals.  

Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. In reviewing your pictures, is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. Liposuction can further slim the face. You are a patient that would need an in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of these procedures in your situation.  Hi and thank you for your question!  A hollow cheek look is generally attained by buccal lipectomy.  This is where we remove some of your cheek fat via an incision through the inside of your mouth.  It can be a subtle but powerful effect on the right patient.  Best to go see a surgeon who performs this procedure.  Best of luck!
