Seven weeks post op. Do I need revision. Will I be charged again? What happens if ps cuts the muscle as she suggested? I am 61 and neck is what bothered me more than anything. Thank you

Answer: Facelift Dear Jennik9, 3 weeks is a little early to tell the final postoperative result. Please be patient your body and the healing time. If you need a revision, you should speak with your plastic surgeon. Whether or not she or he charges you depends on the financial policy of the group. In terms of cutting the muscle, I am assuming you are talking about partially cutting the platysma bands? That is usually done to reduce how prominent the platysma muscle appears. Good luck with your recovery. Dr. Lee

Answer: Neck lift It is always difficult to comment on results without seeing preop photos. There are non surgical options e.g. botox and further surgery - although this depends on what has been done prevsiouly.
