I highly recommend Dr. O'Brien. I had a to replace my 18 year old saline breast implants due to a rupture in one of the implants. During the initial consultation his years of experience was evident as he was extremely knowledgeable and informative about all of the options available to me and the best solution for me and my body. the need arose due to a ruptured implant. I had a difficult surgery, replacing the old silicone implants with new and slightly smaller saline one. I came through the surgery and recovery with excellent results. I read over 500reviews before I made a decision on a surgeon. I can say I made the right choice

I had searched for years in considering changing out my 23 year old saline implants that I had no problems with except some minor distortion on one side and a desire to have them closer. I was told by everyone it couldn’t be done. I stumbled across Dr OBrien by chance because I was interested in sientra implants and no many used them. I met him and loved that I did not long for any information. He told be 500 more things that I wouldn’t have thought to ask but was glad I knew.
