Where are incisions placed with temporal lift, should middle forehead be lifted at same time?

Placement of incisions for facial aesthetic survey varies with the surgeon and the patient's anatomy and desires.  There are options for all procedures.  But rest assured, you have seen a lot of women (and men) who have had every facial surgery imaginable and yet haven't noticed more than a tiny fraction of them (unless you're a hairdresser or really like to inspect people closely).  It's a good question to be answered by your surgeon during your consultation because as I said above, there are options.
