Sounds like your body is having a mild allergic reaction to the Voluma, causing fluid retention. The treatment for this issue is to dissolve the Voluma with hyaluronidase. As the Voluma dissolved the swelling should improve. Voluma can be tricky to dissolve and often requires higher doses of hyaluronidase and multiple treatments to get rid of the product completely.

It is safe, easy to do, and may have to be done multiple times to achieve the desired result. We all have lymphatics or drainage systems in the face under the lateral part of the lower eye - when the cheek is filled this additional swelling can block these channels and cause swelling. Sometimes massage can help; also, time can help - but if it's been more than 3 weeks and you still aren't happy then I would suggest getting some of the filler dissolved. Best of luck!
