Most doctors and staff lack in customer service, but I never felt rushed, like I was asking a dumb question, or was taking up too much of their time. Dr. Joseph is highly skilled and knowledgeable and his staff always made me feel at home/comfortable. Dr. Joseph's passion for his work, his expertise and his attention to detail were evident and I felt very comfortable and well-cared-for by him and his staff every step of the way.

I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience with Dr. Joseph. I am 45 years old and had an upper bleph done about 10 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I had an upper eyelid surgery with another plastic surgeon. Unfortunately, that surgery left me with visible scarring and webbing of both of my eyes. The inflammation from the scarring also affected my lower eyelids. Quite honestly, the residuals of that first surgery not only make me cry every time I looked at myself in the mirror but also cost physical difficulties with my eyes. Dr. Joseph performed an upper eyelid revision surgery as well as a lower eyelid surgery. I am now two months post surgery and am ecstatic with the results! I cannot look at myself in the mirror without crying and feeling that I am disfigured for life. Dr Joseph is not only an amazing physician as it relates to his technical skill, but is also kind and compassionate as is his entire staff.

Dr. Jeffrey Joseph gave me excellent results with an upper blepharoplasty and a temporal brow lift. My eyes look like they did 10 years ago. I feel refreshed and pretty. I highly recommend the temporal brow lift in addition to the upper blepharoplasty. It completed my look exactly the way I wanted. I should have done this procedure a few years ago.

The procedure was painless, with only a few days of downtime.

Dr. Joseph gave me amazing results, easy taking off 10-15 years off my appearance! I had a lower blepharoplasty transconconjunctival (from inside the lower eyelid) procedure. Dr. Joseph skill and artistry was apparent as I had limited bruising, no visible scaring, and I could see dramatic results by the 3rd post op day. All along this journey, Dr. Joseph, Jennie—the Lead Medical Assistant, and Cristin—Practice Administrator consistently listened to my concerns and needs delivering results that exceeded my expectations. I cannot imagine a more complete and caring solution to one’s elective procedure decision.

I highly recommend Dr. Joseph! My sister had her eyes done and he literally made her look 15 years younger. I had my upper lids done and couldn’t be happier with the results!! He is a perfectionist and makes sure the results are natural looking which was very important to me. His team was also wonderful throughout the entire process!! I was looking old and tired and you couldn't even see my eyelashes on my upper lids. I searched on line and found Dr. Jeffrey Joseph and he had a location in Murrieta - looked at his photos and was in.

After much research, I decided to fly in from Nashville to have both by upper and lower lids done by doctor Joseph. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I'm about 6 weeks out from my surgery on December 30th. Dr. Joseph was very professional and detail oriented. His bedside manner was perfect! Christin kept tabs on me every step of the way, including post surgery. The morning of the surgery, they took all my vitals, walked me into the surgery room, I fell asleep really quickly (although I remember being woken up while in the middle of a crazy dream) and next thing you know they were helping me into the car. The first day, I didn't look so bad but the second day all of the bruising appeared. That lasted for several days. After 6 weeks, the redness under my eyes from having the co2 laser is still slightly visible but easy to cover up. Dr. Joseph easily took 15 years off my eyes and I highly recommend.

Dr. Joseph's office provided service and results beyond my expectations and imagination. This was the third office I sought consultation for upper eyelid surgery. Dr. Joseph was the first to also suggest ptosis repair to get the breadth of the results I wanted. Without this addition and his warm, welcoming staff and their bedside manner and attentiveness to all my queries being this my first time going under the knife, I would not be celebrating my results several months later. My eyelids have healed beautifully and his colleagues who I see for nonsurgical services to enhance the overall lift I was looking for in this area in a way that was naturally enhancing comment on his work and are in awe of how seamless it was-- it is no wonder his office is beloved by this community! Natalie at front desk, Jennie his assistant, and Kristin the coordinator were always within reach for communication and worked to make me feel at ease from payment plans to pre to post-op. Look no further for such a kind and welcoming community of folks who do their jobs out of the utmost integrity and care.

If you are looking for the best eye surgeon, look no further. My experience with Dr. Joseph and his staff exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in for my consult. I have never done any cosmetic procedures previously ( other than trying Botox) and I didn’t want to look like a different person. Dr. Joseph made me feel immediately at ease and ensured that I would look natural. He listened to my goals and suggested a plan. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything else. I had an upper blepharoplasty and temporal brow lift. I had very droopy hooded lids and one side was worse than the other so I needed the lift to make me symmetrical. Before the procedure, I had to raise my eyebrows to see well and look awake and not tired and grumpy- which gave me tension headaches. I had become very self conscious. I tried Botox in my forehead for a non-surgical lift but it only made the droop worse. I am beyond happy with the results after only 12 days. I am healing very well and after only a week felt like I looked like me again. Jenny, his assistant is so kind and felt like I had a friend there with me the whole time. I chose the in-office option under sedation. I was awake but very relaxed and did not feel anything. I had hardly any pain, a slight headache after and only took Tylenol. I iced religiously the first few days and kept the ointment on. The stitches came out a week later. My incision was a bit bumpy but it’s not noticeable since it’s in the crease of my lid. It’s continued to go down and improve daily. I would trust Dr. Joseph with any needs I may have in the future.

I am excited to see my lids with make-up! Before, I could wear a ton of makeup but it wouldn’t show. Now I can see my full eyes! I’m still a little bumpy in the crease but It’s improving slowly.
